An interlocutory appeal was brought by the State, pursuant to K.S.A. 22-3603, from an order of the district court suppressing evidence obtained as a result of an arrest it found to be illegal. The Court of Appeals vacated the order, holding the arrest was authorized under K.S.A. 22-2401(b). We granted review. The facts are undisputed.
